RIDGE DESIGN AND BUILD IS AN ARCHITECTURAL & INTERIOR DESIGN -BUILD FIRM.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE/ MANAGER OF THE SAME BACKGROUND WITH EXPERIENCE FOR OUR COIMBATORE BRANCH OFFICE.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.Proactively seek out new business leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.

2. Conduct site assessments, understand client requirements and budgets, address their concerns, and offer tailored solutions.

3. Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

4. Develop and maintain partnerships with industry-specific organizations to create new business opportunities and collaborations. Keep all data organized and updated in the system.

ELIGIBILITY:

1. MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF EXP. IN THE INTERIOR DESIGN AND BUILD INDUSTRY.

2. EXECELLENT COMMUNICATION & NEGOTIATION SKILLS.

3. STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF THE DESIGN & BUILD PROCESS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
