Requirements:

  • Gender: Female candidates preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of proven experience in Business Development or a similar client-facing role
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present, pitch, and negotiate effectively with corporate clients
  • Confidence: Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and proactive approach in engaging with new and existing clients
  • Client Handling: Experience in managing and building long-term relationships with corporate clients and can take up the meetings.
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (Fixed Weekdays)
  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Hiring for Business Development Manager: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong sales and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to understand and communicate effectively with clients.

*Job Responsibilities:*

1. To find new leads through research, networking, and cold calling.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.

3. Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

4. Pitch products or services to potential clients and negotiate terms to close deals.

5. Discuss with internal teams such as Business Development, IT , and Operations support to ensure successful product Delivery.

6. Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets.

7. Provide regular updates on sales pipelines, track progress, and report in CRM.

8. Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in business development.

9. Handle objections and overcome obstacles to secure new business opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
