Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial interior projects
  • Generate leads through site visits, referrals, cold calls, networking, and digital platforms
  • Conduct client meetings to understand design requirements, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations
  • Present design concepts and pricing to clients and negotiate contracts
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed projects and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, real estate developers, and channel partners
  • Track sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
  • Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or construction
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills
  • Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, modular solutions, and execution processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
