Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial interior projects
- Generate leads through site visits, referrals, cold calls, networking, and digital platforms
- Conduct client meetings to understand design requirements, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations
- Present design concepts and pricing to clients and negotiate contracts
- Convert inquiries into confirmed projects and achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, real estate developers, and channel partners
- Track sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or construction
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, modular solutions, and execution processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
