We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in residential and/or commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market
  • Generate leads through field work, networking, channel partners, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and brokers
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
  • Track market trends and competitor activities
  • Proven experience as a BDM / Sales Manager / Business Development Executive in real estate
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of local real estate market and property documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
