Business Development Manager (BDM)/ Realestate

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client and dealer relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
  • 4+ yrs experience in real estate sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Proven experience in business development within the real estate industry in Raj nagar extension and NH-24 is must

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

· Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.

· Own vehicle must

· Own network of dealers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
