• Engage with US clients to understand hiring needs.

Recruitment & Delivery

• Source and screen candidates using job portals like Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and ATS.
• Understand role requirements for industries like Banking, Finance, Securities, Insurance, Legal, Engineering, Construction, Automotive, Healthcare etc.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and assess cultural and role fit.
• Manage interview coordination, client feedback, and offer negotiations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
