1. Business Associate (US Staffing Sales)

Job Description:

· Generating New Business and clients.

· Acquiring New IT Positions from the clients.

· Maintains an ongoing relationship with both prospective and existing clients.

· Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.

· Contacting potential clients via e-mail or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

· Should have knowledge in lead generation, client interaction, cold calling and gathering requirements.

· Handle end-to-end technical recruitment process across various IT Technologies.

· Recruiting US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, OPT, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp)

· Negotiating compensation to close a candidate and hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates.

· Using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, Tech fetch and LinkedIn.

· Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.

· Build networks of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to accommodate for current and future client demands.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
