Key responsibilities: * Identify and onboard new channel partners, dealers, and distributors. * Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product penetration in the market. * Provide product training and support to channel partners. * Ensure timely order fulfilment, inventory management, and payment collection. * Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities. * Establishing strong relation with architects (all grades), Interior designer, builders, Distributors, contractor etc will add advantage. * Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points. * Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company. * Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process. * Provide ongoing support to existing clients while ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. * Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement. * Conducting sales meetings with clients, either virtually or by visits in person * Promoting the company's products or services * Achieving set targets or sales, collaborate within teams to achieve better results * Reporting monthly, quarterly, and annually as necessary Requirements: * Candidates should be from Building Material industry. * Candidates should have good contacts with the Dealers, Distributors etc. * Communication skills, proficient in local language is preferred * Self-motivated, Go getter & professional with a result-oriented approach * Good presentation, Negotiation, Interpersonal, Record-keeping skills etc. *Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. *Ability to work independently and travel as required.
