Responsibilities:

  • Actively search for and attract new corporate and private clients.
  • Conduct negotiations, presentations, and in-person meetings.
  • Analyze the market and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, pricing calculations, and participate in tenders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from first contact to contract signing.
  • Develop partnerships and new sales channels.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service launch.
  • Generate sales reports and track growth dynamics.
  • Increase overall sales volume and expand the client base.
  • Drive growth of the company’s net income through effective client acquisition and optimization of commercial offers.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of sales experience (preferably in services, cleaning, facility management, HoReCa, or B2B).
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Ability to independently source and acquire clients.
  • Analytical mindset and strong results orientation.
  • Proactive, communicative, responsible personality.
  • Existing client portfolio is a strong plus.
