Responsibilities:
- Actively search for and attract new corporate and private clients.
- Conduct negotiations, presentations, and in-person meetings.
- Analyze the market and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare commercial proposals, pricing calculations, and participate in tenders.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from first contact to contract signing.
- Develop partnerships and new sales channels.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service launch.
- Generate sales reports and track growth dynamics.
- Increase overall sales volume and expand the client base.
- Drive growth of the company’s net income through effective client acquisition and optimization of commercial offers.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of sales experience (preferably in services, cleaning, facility management, HoReCa, or B2B).
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to independently source and acquire clients.
- Analytical mindset and strong results orientation.
- Proactive, communicative, responsible personality.
- Existing client portfolio is a strong plus.
