Role Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager whose primary responsibility is to bring new business to the firm.

This role carries direct responsibility for client acquisition, revenue generation, deal closure, and long-term account development. The position is commercially focused and suited to a professional who can independently originate and close B2B business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new institutional and professional clients
  • Generate revenue through direct client acquisition and sales activities
  • Build, manage, and convert a strong B2B sales pipeline
  • Develop and maintain relationships with:

- Law firms and legal departments,

- Real estate developers and brokers,

- Banks and financial institutions; and

- Corporations and corporate service providers.

  • Lead client meetings and commercial discussions
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, pricing, and service agreements
  • Close deals and ensure smooth handover to operations
  • Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and performance reporting
  • Identify strategic partnerships that support client acquisition and growth

Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience in business development or B2B sales
  • Demonstrated ability to independently bring in new clients and close deals
  • Strong background in selling professional services (legal, consulting, translation, compliance, or similar)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Clear commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with law firms, banks, real estate companies, or corporate groups
  • Arabic and English fluency
  • UAE / GCC market experience and professional network

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
