Business Development Manager / Client Acquisition Manager – IT Staffing
- Role: Consultant/ Part time (Remote) (Preference: India-based professionals)
- Experience: 5-8 years in IT staffing (client acquisition, bench sales, or vendor management)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Vendor & Client Acquisition – Secure Prime Vendor, Direct Client, and MSP partnerships to obtain direct IT staffing requirements.
✅ End-to-End Sales & Business Development – Own the sales cycle from lead generation, client engagement, negotiations, and contract finalization to post-sale relationship management.
✅ Outsourcing & Talent Sourcing – Identify opportunities to outsource IT resources and fulfill client needs with top-tier talent.
✅ Relationship Management – Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and decision-makers to ensure consistent business flow.
✅ Market Research & Competitive Analysis – Stay up to date with industry trends, pricing models, and client hiring needs to develop tailored sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in client acquisition, business development, or vendor management in the US IT staffing industry.
✔ Strong network with Prime Vendors, MSPs, and Direct Clients.
✔ Ability to generate new business and expand existing partnerships.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
✔ Experience placing bench candidates (W2, C2C, H1B, GC, USC).
✔ Familiarity with CRM tools and vendor management systems.
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
