As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our presence within the commercial real estate community across DFW.

The Opportunity

This role is designed for a relationship-driven sales professional who already sells into the commercial property management ecosystem.

If you currently call on commercial property managers, facility managers, building engineers, or asset managers, this role gives you the opportunity to leverage those relationships in a high-demand, recession-resistant industry.

Water losses are one of the most common emergencies commercial properties face, but many buildings also experience fire events, mold issues, or biohazard incidents that require specialized remediation.

Your mission will be to become the trusted restoration partner for commercial properties across Dallas–Fort Worth.

Grow Commercial Property Partnerships

  • Industrial properties
  • Corporate facility managers

Own the Dallas Market

You will represent Restore Serve throughout the commercial real estate community by:

  • Hosting property manager lunches
  • Meeting with engineering teams
  • Visiting commercial buildings
  • Attending industry events such as BOMA and IREM
  • Building referral partnerships with vendors and insurance professionals

Develop Referral Networks

Build long-term partnerships with:

  • Property management companies
  • Insurance adjusters
  • Facility service vendors
  • Commercial real estate professionals

Manage Your Pipeline

Maintain relationships and opportunities through our CRM system to ensure consistent follow-up and account development.

Compensation

We want top performers and compensate accordingly.

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary
  • Uncapped Commission
  • Performance Bonuses tied to account development and project revenue

On-Target Earnings: $120,000 – $160,000+

Top performers in this role have the ability to exceed these numbers as Restore Serve continues to grow.
