Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives for our luxury villa construction division in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a strong network within the UAE real estate and construction sectors, and a proven track record of driving high-value deals in the premium residential market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury villa segment across Dubai and the UAE
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, developers, and real estate consultants
• Collaborate with design, construction, and sales teams to align business development strategies with project execution
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and investment packages to potential clients and partners
• Monitor project pipelines and ensure alignment with revenue targets and growth objectives
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on long-term partnerships

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development within the luxury real estate or high-end construction sector in Dubai
• Strong understanding of villa design, construction processes, and premium real estate trends in the UAE
• Established network of clients, brokers, and developers in the luxury property space
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Architecture, or related field (MBA preferred)
