Business Development Manager – Construction / Fit-Out / Maintenance Company

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate must be a Civil Engineering graduate with proven sales and business development experience in the construction industry.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Proven sales / business development experience in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction projects, contracting, and client management
• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand business opportunities in the construction sector
• Identify and pursue new clients, projects, and tenders
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Coordinate with technical and project teams
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of local construction market
• Valid driving license (preferred)

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
