Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and the ability to negotiate effectively. The Business Development Manager will work closely with various departments to align marketing strategies and project management efforts to achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
  • Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with potential clients through networking and outreach.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns that drive lead generation.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close deals.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.

Experience

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software tools.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution of business initiatives.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Experience in project management, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
