We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in corporate travel sales, client relationship management, and business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and secure new corporate clients
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate accounts
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Create and present customized travel solutions to businesses
· Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients
· Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
· Build strong coordination with operations and ticketing teams
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales (Travel Industry Preferred)
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets
· Professional personality with good presentation skills
· Ability to work independently and under pressure
