Cicada is the brand and operating umbrella for several entities in the digital asset space. One of our core business lines is Cicada Market Making a specialized unit providing algorithmic liquidity for tokens across centralized and decentralized exchanges.

We are expanding our BD team and looking for a crypto-native professional with a deep understanding of token liquidity and strong industry connections.

We will only consider candidates with real experience in crypto market making or directly adjacent areas (e.g. token listings, exchange BD, crypto fundraising, or DeFi liquidity strategy).

What you’ll be doing:

Identify and close deals with promising crypto projects (pre- and post-TGE)

Manage the full business development cycle: outreach, qualification, negotiation, onboarding

Act as a trusted partner to founders on liquidity and market making strategies

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure delivery and client success

What we’re looking for:

3+ years of B2B sales / BD experience in crypto

Solid understanding of token liquidity and market making mechanics

Strong network across Web3 (founders, exchanges, VCs, accelerators)

Fluent English (C1+); other languages are a plus

Self-starter, structured, results-oriented
