Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Amritsar, Punjab. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to drive growth. Additionally, responsibilities include market research, lead generation, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across global markets
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
  • Conduct market research and generate qualified leads
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans aligned with company goals
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-centric solutions
  • Represent MKR Techsoft at industry events, meetings, and client calls
  • Generate new business opportunities via LinkedIn, Guru, Freelancer, Upwork, Clutch, and other lead generation platforms

Qualifications

  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is mandatory
  • Proven experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in digital marketing or IT services)
  • Strong knowledge of digital solutions: SEO, social media, web design, performance marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet revenue targets
  • Strong analytical and market research skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Only BDEs/BDMs from digital marketing industry will be considered.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Guru, Freelancer and Upwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
