The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, nurturing existing relationships, and serving as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. This role requires a strategic, results-driven professional with prior agency experience who can identify growth opportunities, craft tailored proposals, and ensure smooth communication throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent, trust-based communication.
  • Identify potential clients across relevant industries and drive outreach through digital channels, including LinkedIn, email, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with leadership on pitch decks, pricing strategies, and service positioning.
  • Partner with internal marketing, SEO, and creative teams to ensure client objectives are understood and executed effectively.
  • Track business development metrics such as lead conversions, client retention, and revenue performance.
  • Participate in internal review meetings to align delivery outcomes with client expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or client servicing within a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, and LinkedIn Marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience leading client pitches and developing detailed proposals.
  • Proven track record of converting both inbound and outbound leads.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn outreach techniques.
