We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with expertise in Digital Marketing Services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and ensuring seamless client onboarding. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Digital Marketing Solutions, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Expertise in Bidding
o Manage and participate in online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) and portals for Digital Marketing projects.
o Identify high-potential opportunities and draft winning proposals.
Lead Generation
o Develop strategies to generate qualified leads through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, networking, and partnerships.
o Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Client Negotiation
o Engage with prospects to understand their business requirements and pain points.
o Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and scope of work to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Proposal Creation
o Prepare customized, well-structured, and persuasive proposals and presentations.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with client needs and company capabilities.
Closing the Deals
o Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
o Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Client Onboarding & Project Handover
o Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients by capturing all key details and expectations.
o Coordinate with the execution/delivery team to hand over projects with complete clarity.
o Act as the bridge between the client and internal teams during the transition phase.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
o Proven experience 6 years in Business Development/sales within the Digital Marketing industry.
o Strong understanding of services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Web Development.
o Hands-on experience with bidding portals and lead generation strategies.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
