Job Title: Business Development Manager (Marketing Services)- Arabis speaking

Location: Remote (UAE-based) | Travel within GCC as needed

Salary: Up to AED 10,000/month + performance-based bonuses

Overview:

A fast-growing marketing services agency in the Middle East is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and growth across the GCC and KSA. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and a strong network in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand client base
  • Identify and pursue opportunities across influencer marketing, social media, events, and activations
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
  • Engage with C-level executives, marketing directors, and decision-makers
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and pitch solutions
  • Lead client presentations, RFP responses, and ROI-driven proposals
  • Set and track annual revenue targets
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure win-win outcomes
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and handoff to delivery teams
  • Build strategic partnerships across agencies and tech providers
  • Stay updated on GCC/KSA market dynamics and cultural nuances

Qualifications:

  • 4–7+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships within marketing, branding, or creative sectors
  • Proven success in growing business and closing complex deals in the GCC/KSA
  • Strong understanding of local procurement processes and decision-making hierarchies
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English
  • Skilled in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and data-driven pipeline management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset with creative problem-solving ability
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus)
