Noorusoft is seeking proactive and results-driven Digital Media Marketing Manager having experience of lead and business generation to join our team and help us acquire new international or local clients through different online freelancing platforms such as:

  • Upwork
  • Freelancer
  • Fiverr
  • PPH
  • LinkedIn
  • Facebook
  • Google Business Profile
  • Email Outreach
  • Cold Calling

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the bidding process, lead closure, upsell, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for identifying quality projects.

Office Locations:

  • Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 5, Main Road, Below NIPA Flyover, Karachi
  • DHA Phase 5, Main 26th Street (Above KFC) Karachi

Office Shift Timing (Monday to Friday):

  • 10 am to 7 pm (Day)
  • 3 pm to 12 am (Afternoon)
  • 9 pm to 6 am (Night)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects through team
  • Hire and train team
  • Send customize proposals according to client requirements.
  • Maintain daily bidding quota and follow up on submitted proposals.
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs.
  • Schedule meetings or demos with interested clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals are accurate and feasible.
  • Track and report bidding performance and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Facebook, PPH or similar platforms as Bidder or in a similar role such as Business Development, Sales of digital media services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of freelance platforms and bidding strategies.
  • Ability to write compelling and customized proposals.
  • Excellent understanding of services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, SEO, Social Media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Affiliate Marketing, Design, or Digital Marketing.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Multi year experience working in an IT or digital services company.
