We are a growing digital agency specializing in branding, website development, mobile app development, and digital marketing. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, and converting opportunities into long-term accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who understands digital services, can speak confidently with decision-makers, and has a proven ability to close deals, not just generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients for branding, web, mobile app, and digital marketing services
  • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with monthly and quarterly revenue goals
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into long-term clients

Client & Market Strategy

  • Understand client needs and translate them into tailored digital solutions
  • Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to create winning proposals
  • Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients

Partnerships & Networking

  • Build strategic partnerships with startups, SMEs, and enterprises
  • Represent the company in meetings, events, and online business platforms
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital agency or IT services company
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Branding & identity projects
  • Website development (UI/UX, CMS, custom builds)
  • Mobile app development (iOS/Android)
  • Digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, performance marketing)
  • Proven track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand client pain points and sell value, not just services
