Job Summary:
ACS Networks & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager– EdTech to drive growth, streamline operations, and lead a high-performing team in the education technology domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EdTech sales, team management, and operations, with a passion for delivering innovative learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Strategy:
- Identify, develop, and execute strategic business opportunities in the Ed-Tech sector.
- Drive lead generation and build relationships with schools, colleges, institutions, and Ed-Tech platforms.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the education sector.
- Understand client needs, propose customized solutions, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and provide value-added recommendations.
- Ed-Tech Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in educational technology.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and client demands.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation:
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the product development and technical teams to align Ed-Tech solutions with market demands.
- Provide feedback to the development team for product improvement and innovation.
- Performance Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for business development activities.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management on sales performance and market expansion strategies.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the Ed-Tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of the Ed-Tech ecosystem, including online learning platforms, content development, and LMS systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
· 2–3 years of relevant experience in EdTech or education sales and operations.
· Prior experience in team handling is mandatory.
