Business Development Manager (Engineering)

Job Description:

Position: Technical Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Industry: Steel Fabrication | Structural Steel | PEB | Construction

Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales / Business Development professional with experience in steel fabrication, structural steel, PEB, or construction-related industries. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the overall sales strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new sales opportunities and potential clients in construction and industrial sectors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners
  • Promote company services related to steel fabrication, structural steel, PEB, and engineering solutions
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQ for technical submissions
  • Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and project teams for project execution
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing
  • 3–8 years of experience in Technical Sales or Business Development
  • Experience in Steel Fabrication, PEB, Structural Steel, or Construction industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and project specifications
  • GCC experience is an advantage
