Position: Technical Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales / Business Development professional with experience in steel fabrication, structural steel, PEB, or construction-related industries. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the overall sales strategy of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential clients in construction and industrial sectors
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners
- Promote company services related to steel fabrication, structural steel, PEB, and engineering solutions
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
- Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQ for technical submissions
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and project teams for project execution
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing
- 3–8 years of experience in Technical Sales or Business Development
- Experience in Steel Fabrication, PEB, Structural Steel, or Construction industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to understand technical drawings and project specifications
- GCC experience is an advantage
