Position Title: Business Development Manager - ERP Sales

SuperNova Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager – ERP Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead sales efforts for our SAP S/4HANA and enterprise solutions, driving new business growth and fostering long-term client relationships in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ERP/IT solutions domain
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets• Develop proposals, presentations, and customized solution pitches for clients
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing and delivery teams to execute sales strategies
  • Understand client needs, conduct market research, and analyze trends to identify growth areas
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Required Skills & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in B2B enterprise software or ERP sales
  • Prior SAP sales or solution experience will be highly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence key stakeholders
