Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients (corporate sector, brands, agencies).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Conduct meetings, pitch presentations, and defend commercial proposals.
- Analyze the market and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with producers and project teams to prepare commercial proposals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Contribute to business development strategy and long-term planning.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (experience in event management is an advantage).
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of event production processes.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and offer solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
