Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients (corporate sector, brands, agencies).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Conduct meetings, pitch presentations, and defend commercial proposals.
  • Analyze the market and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with producers and project teams to prepare commercial proposals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Contribute to business development strategy and long-term planning.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (experience in event management is an advantage).
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of event production processes.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and offer solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
