-Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Dubai. This role is pivotal to driving business growth across the UAE by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored event solutions that exceed expectations.

-Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across the UAE

Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships

Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies

Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and customized event solutions

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution

Manage client accounts and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets

-Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management

Strong strategic thinking and market analysis skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Experience in event management or related industries is a strong advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Valid UAE driving license is required
