Business Development Manager - Facilities

Key Responsibilities & Skills

Sales & Growth: Driving revenue, generating leads, and meeting/exceeding sales targets for facility services (e.g., security, maintenance, cleaning).

Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, developers, and facility managers.

Strategic Planning: Developing market entry strategies, conducting market research, and preparing client proposals.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Facility Management industry, including technical knowledge of HVAC, MEP, or security services.

Negotiation & Communication: Strong verbal and written communication for presentations and contract negotiations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
