Business Development Manager - Facility Management

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Facility Management industry in Qatar to drive business growth and secure major FM contracts.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in winning large tenders in Doha and strong relationships with consultants , developers, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Qatar FM market.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, consultants, and developers.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, negotiations and client presentations.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years experience in Facility Management business development.
• Proven track record of winning large FM tenders in Doha
• Established network with consultants, developers, malls, and corporate clients.
• Excellent Negotiation and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
