We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with clients, with a specific focus on publishing and educational institutions. - Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with educational institutions, schools, and other Corporate firms.
- Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Conduct business meetings with prospective clients.
- Suggest upgrades or additional products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.
- Cold call potential clients and close sales, working with clients through the closing process.
- Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow-up.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Relevant experience in Publishing and Education Sector will be preferred.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in sales.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings all over Faisalabad.
