Job Description: Business Development Manager (Female)
Location: Dwarka Annual
CTC: Up to 6 Lakhs + Highly Encouraging Variables
Experience - 2 yr plus only
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Membership Growth: Drive annual subscriptions to the Banyan Tribe community by pitching to business leaders and entrepreneurs.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting relationships with prospects, understanding their business needs and positioning the community’s value proposition effectively.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute result-oriented sales strategies. Client Engagement: Attend and represent Banyan Tribe at events, networking meets, and community gatherings. Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in selling premium memberships, luxury products, or high-end services (e.g., 5-star hotel memberships, term insurance, or luxury cars). Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Mindset: Results-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about driving business success.
Networking: Strong ability to connect with top-tier professionals and business owners.
