We are looking for a highly qualified and professional Female Business Development Manager to join our team in the construction services sector. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives that support the company’s growth.

This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, along with a deep understanding of the UAE construction market. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, project teams, and the marketing department to implement strategies aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction services industry.

• Develop and execute business development plans to achieve revenue and expansion targets.

• Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and upcoming projects.

Client Relationship Management

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and key stakeholders.

• Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into active projects.

• Ensure client needs are met through effective coordination with technical and project teams.

Proposal & Contract Management

• Prepare and present proposals, bids, and commercial offers.

• Negotiate terms and close deals that are beneficial to the company.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Market Analysis & Representation

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and business development campaigns.

• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance company visibility.

Leadership & Reporting

• Provide regular reports to senior management outlining BD activities, opportunities, and progress.

• Mentor junior staff and support the development of the BD team.

Requirements

• Female candidate (mandatory).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the construction sector.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and UAE market dynamics.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven track record in achieving targets and securing new projects.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience using CRM tools and sales management systems is preferred.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
