Business Development Manager – Design & Fit-Out Company

Location : Dubai, UAE | Full-time | Immediate Joiner

What You’ll Do :

• Drive new business in commercial, residential, and public architecture projects.
• Build and maintain strong client, consultant, and partner relationships.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations.
• Collaborate with top management to align solutions with client needs.
• Track market trends and competitor activity.
• Negotiate contracts and manage business development KPIs.

What We’re Looking For :

• 3–5 years’ business development experience in architecture, design, or construction in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.
• Available to join immediately.
