Business Development Manager – Fintech

About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and strategic partnerships for our fintech company. This role requires a professional with strong market knowledge, leadership ability, and the drive to expand our presence in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow revenue.
  • Identify and secure new clients, partnerships, and opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Track industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in fintech.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of business development/sales experience, ideally in fintech, financial services, or technology.
  • Strong network and ability to engage with decision-makers at senior levels.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven record of achieving growth and revenue targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
