Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in Fit-Out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth in the UAE market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fit-out sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and project quotations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in Business Development
• Mandatory experience in Fit-Out projects
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Must be locally available in the UAE
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage (optional—remove if not needed)

Salary

AED 10,000 per month
