We are seeking a high-energy, networked Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the interior fit-out Company.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Identify and secure new business opportunities in commercial, residential, and retail fit-out sectors.
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute active marketing campaigns to position our brand as a leader in fit out industry.
- Network Expansion: Leverage and grow a high-level network of interior designers, project managers, and main contractors.
- Proposal Excellence: Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they meet client needs while maintaining healthy margins.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Minimum 1–5 years of proven BD/Sales experience specifically within the Interior Fit-out industry.
- Proven Track Record: A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and "opening doors" with Tier-1 contractors or consultants.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to present complex proposals with confidence.
- Network: An existing, active database of contacts within the UAE. construction and design market.
