Business Development Manager for jewellery industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our market presence, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the jewellery industry. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and strengthening the brand’s reach across retail, wholesale, and international markets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, corporate clients, and distributors.

- Generate leads through networking, exhibitions, trade shows, and digital platforms.

- Negotiate and close deals with clients while ensuring profitability and brand positioning.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

- Explore opportunities for export, corporate gifting, and online sales expansion.

- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager in the jewellery,

- Open to travel in pan India.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in business development, preferably in jewellery or related industries.
