Job Description:

United Sol is seeking a Business Development Manager to engage local businesses and promote innovative digital solutions. The focus will be on promoting our all-in-one Omni system, Baseer.ca (https://baseer.ca/), to local businesses such as shops, boutiques, bakeries, and similar retailers.

Baseer.ca offers a comprehensive POS, website, and app solution designed to help small and local businesses streamline their operations. To effectively reach this target audience, we need a marketing professional with specific experience in marketing to local businesses. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of engaging with small business owners, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of integrated solutions like ours.

Key responsibilities:

Developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to local businesses.

Building relationships with small business owners and decision-makers.

Creating targeted campaigns to showcase the benefits of Baseer.ca’s POS, website, and app package.

Collaborating with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing approaches.

Conduct field marketing activities, including in-person visits and meetings with local business owners to present and promote the solution.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in marketing to local businesses (e.g., shops, boutiques, bakeries).

Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by small businesses.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies.

A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
