TeReSol Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager – Foreign Desk to lead and expand the company’s international business portfolio. This role involves identifying new global opportunities, managing foreign clients, and representing the organization at a senior level across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage international clients and foreign business opportunities
- Lead end-to-end business development activities for global markets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas partners and clients
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements for foreign clients
- Coordinate with technical, finance, and legal teams to ensure successful deal execution
- Represent the company in international meetings, negotiations, and business forums
- Monitor global market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field
- Professional certifications in sales or business development will be an advantage.Experience:
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in international business development or foreign sales
- Proven experience in dealing with overseas clients, preferably in IT, engineering, or technology sectors
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and closing skills
- Solid understanding of international markets, contracts, and business practices• Ability to engage with senior management and CXO-level stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and commercial acumen
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
