At Design Oxyll, we provide top-tier web development, graphic design, SEO, and digital marketing solutions to businesses. We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Freelancer.com Platform) to help us grow and expand our presence across various digital platforms while leading a motivated sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Expertise on Freelance Platforms: Deep understanding of Upwork and Freelancer algorithms and Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and freelance platform strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Create Real time Strategies and work effectively by leading our team.
• Closing Deals: Negotiate project terms, finalize contracts, and ensure seamless onboarding for clients.
• Bidding & Proposal Writing: Strategically bid on relevant projects, craft persuasive proposals, and customize responses to client needs.

Requirment:

• Shift: Willingness to work night shift and be present on-site at our Karachi office.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Experience: Minimum 3 year of proven experience in bidding and securing projects on Freelancer and Upwork (REQUIRED).
• Experience in client communication and cold calling.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to build and implement sales strategies and navigate low-sales periods.
• Leadership Skills: Capable of leading a team, inspiring them to hit their targets, and supporting their development.
• Client-Focused: Skilled in building strong, long-term client relationships.
• Problem Solver: Able to tackle stagnant profiles and turn them into top performers.
• Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or another relevant field (preferred).
