At Design Oxyll, we provide top-tier web development, graphic design, SEO, and digital marketing solutions to businesses. We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Upwork/ Freelancer.com Platform) to help us grow and expand our presence across various digital platforms while leading a motivated sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Expertise on Freelance Platforms: Deep understanding of Upwork and Freelancer algorithms and Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and freelance platform strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Create Real time Strategies and work effectively by leading our team.
• Closing Deals: Negotiate project terms, finalize contracts, and ensure seamless onboarding for clients.
• Bidding & Proposal Writing: Strategically bid on relevant projects, craft persuasive proposals, and customize responses to client needs.

Requirment:

• Shift: Willingness to work night shift and be present on-site at our Karachi office.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Experience: Minimum 3 year of proven experience in bidding and securing projects on Freelancer.com and Upwork (REQUIRED).
• Experience in client communication and cold calling.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to build and implement sales strategies and navigate low-sales periods.
• Leadership Skills: Capable of leading a team, inspiring them to hit their targets, and supporting their development.
• Client-Focused: Skilled in building strong, long-term client relationships.
• Problem Solver: Able to tackle stagnant profiles and turn them into top performers.
• Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or another relevant field (preferred).
