1. Client Acquisition
- Find new residential or commercial interior projects
- Build relationships with architects, builders, developers, and corporate clients
- Attend networking events and exhibitions
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Pitch interior services (design, fit-outs, turnkey solutions)
- Prepare proposals and cost estimates
- Close deals and negotiate contracts
3. Market Expansion
- Identify new markets (hospitality, retail, office spaces, luxury homes, etc.)
- Develop partnerships with suppliers and vendors
4. Project Coordination
- Work with design and execution teams
- Ensure client requirements are communicated properly
- Maintain client satisfaction for repeat business
Skills Required
- Knowledge of interior materials, costing, and execution
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Networking ability
- Understanding of drawings, BOQs, and project timelines
- Sales strategy & target management
