Business Development Manager from Interior Background

1. Client Acquisition

  • Find new residential or commercial interior projects
  • Build relationships with architects, builders, developers, and corporate clients
  • Attend networking events and exhibitions

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Pitch interior services (design, fit-outs, turnkey solutions)
  • Prepare proposals and cost estimates
  • Close deals and negotiate contracts

3. Market Expansion

  • Identify new markets (hospitality, retail, office spaces, luxury homes, etc.)
  • Develop partnerships with suppliers and vendors

4. Project Coordination

  • Work with design and execution teams
  • Ensure client requirements are communicated properly
  • Maintain client satisfaction for repeat business

Skills Required

  • Knowledge of interior materials, costing, and execution
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Networking ability
  • Understanding of drawings, BOQs, and project timelines
  • Sales strategy & target management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
