- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
- Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and close deals within the software industry.
- Conduct presentations, product demos, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Represent the company professionally in all client-facing interactions.
- 8–10 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Presentable and professional personality with the ability to build trust with clients.
- Demonstrated experience in the software industry, with a track record of successfully closing sales.
- Must be based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi to ensure easy access to the office.
- Experience in SaaS-based product sales.
- Familiarity with Upwork and similar platforms.
