Business Development Manager – Full Time & Hybrid

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and close deals within the software industry.
  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client-facing interactions.
Requirements
  • 8–10 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Presentable and professional personality with the ability to build trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in the software industry, with a track record of successfully closing sales.
  • Must be based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi to ensure easy access to the office.
  • Experience in SaaS-based product sales.
  • Familiarity with Upwork and similar platforms.
