Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Manager (Female) to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients, and driving company growth. This role involves regular travel for client meetings and business expansion across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential clients to achieve business targets.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to promote company services and build strong client relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Travel to different locations as required for client visits and business development activities.
  • Maintain a database of client interactions, follow-ups, and leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and updates for management.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, client handling, or sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and events.
  • Confident personality with the ability to build and maintain client trust.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mohali.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,486.02 per month
