We are expanding our sales division and looking for a driven Business Development Manager to generate new client relationships and close high-value deals.

This is a performance-based opportunity designed for individuals who want to earn based on results, not hourly limits.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and connect with business owners and individuals who need financial strategy
• Generate leads through networking, outreach, and referrals
• Present MFG’s services (bookkeeping, financial strategy, tax support)
• Close deals and onboard clients
• Manage and grow your pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
• Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business

Compensation

• 40%–60% commission per deal closed
• Residual income on retained clients
• Average deal size: $1,000 – $5,000+
• Uncapped earning potential
