Business Development Manager – Holiday Homes

Wyz Rent Holiday Homes is hiring a Business Development Manager in Dubai.

We are looking for a motivated and well-connected Business Development Manager to help grow our holiday homes portfolio by acquiring new property owners, landlords, and real estate partners.

The ideal candidate has strong sales experience, existing network of owners and understands the Dubai real estate market, and can build relationships with property owners, brokers, and developers.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new property owners and landlords
• Build partnerships with brokers, developers, and real estate agencies
• Present Wyz Rent’s holiday home management services professionally
• Generate leads, follow up, negotiate, and close deals
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential property partners
• Support business growth across Dubai’s short-term rental market

Requirements:

• Experience in business development in holiday homes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of the Dubai property market
• Existing network of owners, brokers, or real estate contacts is a strong plus
• Confident, professional, and target-driven
• Currently based in Dubai
