## **Job Title:** Business Development Manager — Hospital

### **Location:** Kotputli, Rajasthan

## **Role Overview**

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for increasing patient inflow, building institutional partnerships, enhancing brand visibility, and driving revenue growth for the hospital. The role requires strong relationship management with doctors, corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, and community stakeholders.

## **Key Responsibilities**

### **1. Patient Acquisition & Revenue Growth**

* Develop strategies to increase OPD/IPD footfall

* Promote key specialties, packages, and new services

* Track referral trends and identify growth opportunities

* Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets

### **2. Doctor & Referral Network Development**

* Build relationships with local clinics, nursing homes, and consultants

* Manage referring doctors and outreach programs

* Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) and medical camps

* Ensure smooth coordination for referred patients

### **3. Corporate & Institutional Tie-Ups**

* Establish agreements with corporates for employee healthcare services

* Onboard TPAs, insurance providers, and government schemes

* Manage empanelment processes

* Drive occupational health programs and annual health check-ups

### **4. Marketing & Brand Building**

* Plan and execute local marketing campaigns

* Coordinate digital presence (website, social media, listings)

* Organize health camps, awareness drives, and community events

* Maintain hospital branding across channels

### **5. Government & Scheme Liaison**

* Coordinate with authorities for schemes (e.g., Ayushman Bharat, ECHS, CGHS where applicable)

* Ensure compliance and documentation for empanelment

### **6. Market Intelligence**

* Monitor competitor activities

* Analyze patient feedback and service gaps

* Provide insights for new service lines and expansion

### **7. Internal Coordination**

* Work closely with medical, operations, and front office teams

* Ensure excellent patient experience for referred and corporate patients

* Support new department launches

## **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

* Increase in OPD/IPD numbers

* Revenue from corporate and institutional clients

* Number of active referral doctors

* Tie-ups signed (corporate/insurance/TPA)

* Conversion rate from camps and outreach programs

* Patient satisfaction scores

## **Required Qualifications**

* Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Marketing/Healthcare preferred)

* 3–8 years of experience in hospital marketing or healthcare business development

* Experience in Tier-2/Tier-3 city healthcare markets preferred

## **Key Skills**

* Strong networking and relationship-building skills

* Excellent communication and negotiation ability

* Knowledge of healthcare ecosystem (TPAs, insurance, referrals)

* Target-oriented and data-driven mindset

* Event planning and outreach management

* Basic understanding of digital marketing

## **Preferred Candidate Profile**

* Prior experience in a multi-specialty hospital

* Local market knowledge of Kotputli and nearby regions

* Ability to travel locally for outreach activities

* Hindi and English fluency required
