Key Responsibilities

  •  Identify and acquire new clients for End-to-end Recruitment, Staffing, Payroll Solutions,
  • Compliance Management, Automation, Documentation, Full employee lifecycle
  • Management, HR Policy & Documentation etc.
  •  Generate leads through networking, cold calling, corporate connects, and partnerships
  •  Conduct meetings, demos, and presentations with Top Management/HR leaders
  •  Develop proposals, negotiate commercials, and close business deals
  •  Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term growth
  •  Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets
  •  Work with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition and client satisfaction
  •  Prepare sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and market analysis
  •  Explore opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within accounts

Required Skills & Experience

  •  2–7 years experience in B2B Corporate Sales, preferably from HR Services, Recruitment,
  • Staffing, Payroll, SaaS HR Software industry
  •  Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  •  Ability to interact with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  •  Goal-driven with strong ownership and result-oriented mindset
  •  Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems

Preferred Qualifications

  •  MBA/Graduate in Business, HR, or related specialization
  •  Experience selling to HR Leads/CHROs/Business Heads
  •  Knowledge of HR tech (ATS, HRMS, HRIS) will be added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
