Business Development Manager – Industrial & Process Solutions

We are a global supplier of high-quality industrial products and integrated supply solutions, serving a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, energy, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and infrastructure. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a driven and commercially astute Business Development Manager to join our team in Lahore.

This role is suited for professionals who understand industrial supply ecosystems and can drive growth through strategic client engagement and solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence across Pakistan.
• Identify and secure new clients within industrial, manufacturing, and process-driven sectors.
• Promote a comprehensive portfolio of industrial products, components, and supply solutions in line with client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal sourcing and technical teams to deliver customized and cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, or business development (preferably in industrial supply or engineering solutions).
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand technical product requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
